I shoot weddings and had a Pelican 1650 that when full was too heavy for my very bad back. I purchased 2 Pelican 1610's with the TrekPak and do to awesome organization using the TrekPak all of my Quantum Trio's, Turbo 3 batteries and accessories fit into one 1610; still heavy, but I can bear it for now.
Excellent system, Custom fit the 1610 and the ingenious cutting/trimming system tool I was actually good with my hands!
Highly recommended, I actually used 2 1610 TrekPak kits in the one case; it's perfect for an AR organizer that is not great with his hands forcing me to "rig" how my 10's of $k's worth of camera equipment.

Peli cases are the best, and the TrekPak system makes them better. The 1610 is big and bulky and not easy to organise. The TrakPak makes the life of a photographer carrying lots of gear that much easier. I use it in conjuction with the 1510. I managed to put in a 300mm f2,8 together with a Swarovsky land telescope, as well as lots of other stuff. Two small observations / suggestions if I may: One: Make that lid foam insert an optional. Not everybody needs it. Two: Increase the number od pins. The 1610 is a deep case and using the pins also at the bottom of the inserts makes everything much more rigid. Just a thought.

Best perfect pelican device I've ever purchased.
Only Con : Requires a slight bit of modification to fit around the wheels in a pelican, so it sits level in all types of travel.
PROS : This divider fits perfectly for my 1610, filled with plenty of tools and more. Keeps me organized out on the job site so I'm able to look at my box and know where every piece is and can access everything incredibly fast. The dividers look fantastic and super sleek. Holds up very well in all types of travel and getting flipped in
Purchased 2 extra long dividers and used all but 1 1/4th of my pieces. Buy a second set of pins to pin the bottom of the trekpak too. Helps incredibly much with rigidity.

This is a good well thought out product. Although I only recently bought a set I've been telling other photographers about it since its crowdfunding start. I bought a set for a pelican 1610 and an extra divider.
The problem is that even with the extra full length divider it is STILL not enough to make a working set. One of my lenses is a 200-400mm which is almost the length of the case so its not like I needed loads of little dividers for a bunch of little lenses. I ended up having to order yet another full length divider in order to get a fully working set with enough dividers.
I live in the UK and the cost of getting this stuff here is more than the cost of the product which is ridiculous. I am sure that its possible to have a lower cost carriage option even if it was slower to arrive.
I find it impossible to believe that Trekpak are unaware of the fact that you cannot make a working set from their dividers so I think this is sharp practice on their behalf which has left a nasty taste in my mouth.

There wasn't an option for my 1620 case on the Trekpak site, but I was faced with disintegrating pick'n'pluck, and loathe to get floppy padded velcro dividers.
It was easy enough to cut the outer piece down to size and get a good fit in the 1620 (W x L each about half an inch less than the 1610) . Of course, the insert is an inch or two short of the height of my case, but that's fine for my purposes - a c100 camera + shoulder rig, lenses, sound equipment.
Great system in my opinion.. Easy to set up, have only used for a week or so, but seems great so far.
I purchased one extra long divider piece and used basically all of what I had.

Great product, please make more case options soon! Our business utilizes several different sized Pelican cases, and this concept makes each case more valuable. It is more reusable than the Pick-N-Pluck Pelican foam, and easier to use than the Velcro padded dividers.

Look I'll be honest, the product works very well. Strong, sturdy and very customizable...but...pricey. By the time I got what I needed I was at over $220 which is more than the case costed me. Add to that $45 in shipping and you have one very good but very pricey solution to stay organized. Is it worth that much to you? Guess it depends on what you need to keep organized.

Owning and using Pelicans and Storms for 20 plus years has always meant the temporary pick n pluck option, Velcro padded dividers or custom cut equipment specific foam. Needing a sturdy, reconfigurable, and professional looking divider system has been long overdue. Trekpak fits that need perfectly! The construction is solid. There are endless options for dividing a space within a case and the looks of this system are suitable for someone with OCD!
If you take pride in your gear and believe the casing solution is as important as the gear it protects, Trekpak is for you!

Excellent, easy to use product with custom fit. The best and safest storage solution available for camera gear. Will never use anything else again.

This is a very versatile alternative to the manufacturer's pick-apart or padded inserts. It's customizable and fit my older 1610 case very well. My only criticism: you might need to include one more full-length and one or two more medium length divider panels. My case carries a Canon C-100 w/lens, and four more lenses, including a Nikon 300/2.8, a matte box, a number of 4x4 filters and holders, and the camera handles, so the layout is a little non-standard. However, once I worked it out, I was satisfied that the equipment is very secure. I will probably be purchasing another set of dividers to update another Pelican case. Thanks.
