Q. What does awaiting fulfillment mean?

A. Your order still has to be built. You will receive an email when it ships.


Q. My tracking code doesn't work what should I do?

A. If you chose USPS for domestic (within the United States) shipping and the tracking number you received appears inaccurate in any way, please know that the USPS often reuses their tracking numbers and will reset once the package is scanned by the nearest USPS sorting facility, usually within 24 hours.

If you chose USPS for international (outside the United States) shipping, we are using DHL to fill your shipping needs. If you received a tracking number and upon clicking on it are taken to a USPS website, please copy and paste that number into DHL’s tracking system and you will see up-to-date and accurate shipping info regarding your order. 


Q. How can I get a shipping quote?

A. The easiest and most accurate way to obtain a shipping quote is to add the products you want to the cart on our website and enter your desired shipping address. Once you have input this information, the order system will display shipping costs from multiple carriers. You are not obligated to complete a transaction to get a shipping quote.

Q. How much will my order be with shipping?

A. To get an overall cost for your order, add the items you want to the shopping cart on the site and enter your desired shipping address to get an overall total on your order, including shipping.

Q. Why is shipping so expensive?

A. Our shipping prices are based on the carriers’ pricing and are determined by annual volume of shipments our company sends out. We do not ship the same volume of units that Amazon or B&H do, and therefore cannot offer the same prices you might be used to seeing on other sites.

Q. How quickly can you ship my order to me?

A. Our products are built by hand at our facility in Denver, CO, and are assembled on an as-ordered basis. We have a projected build time of two business days on most products, but typically we are able to ship your product sooner than that. We strive to get your product out the door and on its way to you as quickly as possible.

Q. What if I want a case insert for a case not listed on the website?

A. We only support the models of cases or bags that you see on our site at this time. We periodically expand our product offerings, however; the best way to stay informed is to sign up for our newsletter, like us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter.


Q. Can I cut the divider system myself?

A. Yes! Insert kits ordered through TrekPak.com include a special cutter tool that can be used to make dividers that fit your gear. Cutter tools can also be ordered from our website in the Accessories section.


Q. Can I order more pins and inserts without buying the entire insert?

A. Yes. You can order additional pins and/or dividers in the accessories section of our website. 


Q. I need a RED camera setup. How do I order?

A. "RED Setups" used to come as uncut divider strips along with one of our cutter tools. As all inserts ordered through TrekPak.com now come standard in this configuration, it is no longer necessary to request or specify "RED Setup" in the comments or contact us through support.
